This was nothing like what they described. I ordered it expecting one thing and got something totally different. Annoying, and the listing feels like a load of crap.

I did get my refund in the end, but the return process sorta took longer than I was hoping.

I got this Bigjigs Toys puzzle hoping it would be a bit more helpful for learning, but it felt basic. My child did it once and then didn’t seem all that interested afterward. There weren’t any extra activity ideas or guidance included, just the puzzle in the box. Maybe they assume parents will come up with the learning side themselves, but for the price I was expecting a little more educational value

I ordered a toy because it showed as in stock, then got a message later saying it wasn’t actually available. It was supposed to be for a birthday, so that was annoying, especially when you’re trying to get everything sorted in time.
To be fair, they refunded me without any fuss, so it wasn’t a complete disaster. But the stock info on the site really needs to be more accurate. Compared with other places I’ve ordered from, it just felt a bit... Not sure I’d be in a hurry to order again

I bought a couple of toys from Bigjigs thinking my kids would love them, but they played with them for maybe 10 minutes and then just walked away. There really wasn’t much to keep them interested, how is this okay for the price? It ended up feeling like a waste for us.

I ordered a puzzle for my nephew, but the one that arrived wasn’t the same as the one shown on my order. It was kind of similar, but still not what I picked, so that was frustrating. Customer service did get back to me, but it took longer than I’d hoped and I had to send photos before anything could be done. They sorted it out in the end, but compared with other sites I’ve used, the whole process felt a bit slower and more hassle than it needed to be.

The age label also seemed totally off, which made the whole thing more stressful than it should’ve been. I bought this from bigjigstoys.co.uk i found the assembly really frustrating. The instructions weren’t very clear to me, and a few of the parts just didn’t seem to line up properly. It took me much longer than I expected and ended up being way more stressful than it should have been. Personally, I wouldn’t buy it again if I knew I had to build it myself.

I’ve bought from Bigjigs Toys before and do have a soft spot for the brand, so I really wanted to love the range on bigjigstoys.co.uk. There are definitely some lovely toys and puzzles, and I found a few bits I’d happily pick up. That said, while some sections had plenty to browse, others felt a bit repetitive or light on options, especially for certain age groups. It’s not a bad site at all, and I’ll probably still check back because I do like Bigjigs, but I couldn’t help comparing it to other places that seem to offer a wider mix.

I wouldn’t waste your time. I reached out and didn’t get any replies for days, which was really frustrating. If you need quick help or even basic communication, this probably isn’t the place to count on.

I bought a few extra pieces to add to our old wooden train set, and they fit just fine. I even double-checked the receipt email to make sure I ordered the right ones, but the kids didn’t notice any difference at all. Really happy with how well they mix in.

The delivery was way slower than I expected!!! It felt like I was waiting forever, and the whole thing just didn’t seem very reliable!!! Not the best experience for me!!!

I checked out the website after a friend recommended it, but it looked a bit messy to me. The colors don’t really work well together, and some of the pages feel kind of old and hard to enjoy browsing.

My order arrived just fine and the toys weren’t damaged, so I can’t really complain too much. That said, the box felt way bigger than it needed to be, and there was a lot of extra packing inside. It wasn’t awful, but it did feel a bit wasteful. I appreciated that some of the packaging was cardboard instead of a bunch of plastic, which is a step in the right direction, but I still think they could do better on the eco-friendly side. Overall, it was a decent experience, just not perfect because of the packaging

I placed an order and then... barely heard anything about where it was. The tracking info was really limited, so I ended up having to chase them a few times. Replies took ages and, they didn’t really answer what I was asking. For days I still had no idea where my parcel was. Just really frustrating, I wouldn’t order from them again.

I bought this thinking it would be an easy gift, but the box looked cheap in person. I ended up having to figure out different packaging just to make it look presentable, which was annoying and more effort than I wanted. I wouldn’t gift it as-is.
